Rosemary Cineole
Rosmarinus officinalis cineoliferum
It is found all over the world: in France, Portugal, Morocco, South Africa, India, China, Great Britain, Australia, the United States, etc.
Main aromatic molecules: Terpene oxides (1,8-cineole or eucalyptol), monoterpenes, monoterpenones (camphor), monoterpenols.
Family: Lamiaceae.
Producing organs: twigs and flowering tops.
Yield: 1.5 to 2 kg of essential oil per 100 kg of plants.
Equivalence: 1 ml → 31 drops (dosage calculated for a calibrated dropper European Pharmacopoeia).

2 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil in a large bowl of simmering water. Inhale for 5 minutes, twice a day, for 7 days.
Herpes
1 drop of rosemary cineole essential oil diluted in a mixture of 1 drop of calophylla vegetable oil + 1 drop of St. John’s wort plant ulcer to be applied to the fever blister 5 times a day, from the first tingling sensations.
Nervous tiredness
Apply on the wrists 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to cineole, twice a day for 5 days.
