Rosmarinus officinalis verbenoniferum
Main aromatic molecules: Monoterpenones (verbenone, camphor), monoterpenes, terpene oxides (1,8-cineole or eucalyptol), monoterpenols (borneol), terpene esters (bornyl acetate).

Yield: 1.6 kg of essential oil for 100 kg of plants
Equivalence: 1 ml -> 30 drops (Dosage calculated for a dropper calibrated according to the European Pharmacopoeia)

5 drops of Rosemary Verbenone essential oil in 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil or callophylum oil to massage the upper back, chest and soles, 3 times a day during 1 week .
Nervous fatigue, palpitations, feeling of oppression
Take 1 drop of Rosemary verbenone essential oil on a neutral tablet, 3 to 4 times a day, for 7 days. In addition, massage the chest and plexus morning and evening, for 3 weeks, with 4 4 drops of Rosemary verbenone diluted in 8 drops of sweet almond oil.
Hepatic fragility
1 drop of Rosemary verbenone essential oil to on a neutral tablet, 3 times a day, for 1 week.

in pregnant or lactating women
in children under 15 years
in the person allergic to any of the components (limonene, linalool, geraniol)
in asthmatics without the advice of an allergist
in the epileptic people or people having a history of convulsive disorders,
in case of cardiac disorders (hypertension, arrhythmia …)
