Siberian Pine
Abies sibirica
Main aromatic molecules: Monoterpenes (α-pinene, camphene, limonene), terpene esters (bornyl acetate).
Family: Pinaceae.
Producing organs: needles.
Yield: 500 g of essential oil for 100 kg of plants.
Equivalence: 1 ml -> 32 drops (Dosage calculated for a dropper calibrated according to the European Pharmacopoeia).

Massage the belly (clockwise) with 5 drops of Siberian Fir essential oil diluted in 1 teaspoon of macadamia vegetable oil, morning, noon and night or at the time of pain, during 3 to 7 days. In children, proceed in the same way but with 2 drops only.
Air purification
Diffuse 10 to 20 drops of Siberian fir essential oil, 3 times a day, for 15 minutes.
Muscle contractures
Massage the painful area with 5 drops of Siberian fir essential oil diluted in 1 tablespoon of calophyll oil for 8 to 10 days.

Do not use :
in the pregnant or breastfeeding woman
in children under 7 years
in the person allergic to any of the components
in asthmatics without the advice of an allergist
in people with renal insufficiency or a history of renal fragility
in the epileptic people or people with a history of convulsive disorders
